From the airport to the workshop
There are three options
- Normal public transportation:
The airport stop is located mid-journey for the bus n.º 745 (Prior Velho - Aeroporto - Terreiro do Paço) runs everyday. The airport stop is 'Aeroporto' and the near stop to the workshop place - the Gulbenkian Foundation - is 'Campo Pequeno/Av. República'. The schedules are here: from the airport and to the airport
Tickets can be purchased onboard Fare: 1,75 Euros
Important: In regular buses only luggage with maximum measurement of 50x40x20cm is allowed. For larger luggage please use the AEROBUS Service (next option). - Aerobus :
The Aerobus service provides regular transfer connection between Lisbon Airport and several central points of the city. This shuttle works daily from 7am to 11pm. Tickets can be purchased onboard (3,50 Euros Adult, 2 Euros Child (4-10) and in Tourism Office counter and at the airport arrivals (public area)*. The ticket is valid for 24 hours on Aerobus and on the day of its obliteration also on Carris public transports. More information in www.yellowbustours.com/en/cities/lisbon/airport-transport
Then from the 'Campo Pequeno/Av. República' bus stop you can go by underground (metro) from 'Campo Pequeno' to 'S. Sebastião' station, which is 3 minutes walking distance to Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian.
- Taxi:
The estimate price of a taxi from the airtport to the workshop place, and nearby hotels, should be under 10 Euros.
