The WWMM workshop will be held in Hotel do Mar, located in Sesimbra, a small fishermen's town about 40 Km southwest of Lisboa.

The meetings will start in the morning of Wednesday, November 1st, so people are expected to arrive Tuesday, October 31st. A bus will pick up the participants in the Airport and in the centre of Lisboa to take them to the town of Sesimbra.

The meetings will all take place in Hotel do Mar, where people will be accommodated. There is one large meeting room for the plenary and the larger parallel sessions, and several other smaller meeting rooms for other parallel sessions and to serve for secretary support and computer room.

The conference fee of PTE: 8.000$00 (eight thousand escudos, 40.00 Euro, or CHF: 65.-), covers the organization's costs, like the transportation, equipments, secretary support, etc., and should be paid at the moment of the registration. A large part of the organization's costs, like rental of the main room, coffee breaks, water bottles, etc, are included in the hotel prices which per day and per person are, including also buffet breakfast and full lunch:

Please Register in the Workshop and immediately after in the hotel as soon as possible, to guarantee the availability of rooms, as the hotel might be quickly fully booked.

IMPORTANT: If you are not a EU-citizen, please check if you need a VISA to enter PORTUGAL. In the case that you need the VISA, please apply for it well in advance. Due to the new EU regulations regarding its external borders, to receive a VISA from Portugese authorities may take a long time and sometimes involve a complex process. In case the Embassy requires an invitation letter from Portugal, please let us know as soon as possible.

There will be no procceedings but, as last year, all the transparents shown in the plenary sessions will be copied and one of the photocopy sets kept at CERN. Later on in this WWW page a scan of transparencies presented or links to the presentations, when available, will be provided.
