Registration and fee

The Workshop registration can be done by e-mail, fax, letter or by the secure web registration formulary as soon as possible. If your browser doesn't support HTTPS URL's you can use the unsecure web registration formulary, but we advise you to send the credit card number by fax or letter using the text formulary.

The registration fee is fixed to 8,000.- PTE (Portuguese escudos), or the approximate amount of 40.- Euro (or 65.- CHF). This fee covers the rental of rooms and equipment, secretary support and the transportation from/to the Airport/centre of Lisboa to/from Sesimbra on October 31st and November 4th.

After making the registration, do not forget to make the hotel reservation!

Currencies

The accepted currencies are the Portuguese Escudo (PTE) and the EURO, if paid by credit card. The conversion is fixed and is 1 EURO = 200.482 PTE. All other prices in this page in Swiss Francs (CHF) are indicative and were calculated at the rate of 1 CHF = 125.- PTE.

Payment

The fee is to be paid in PTE or EURO via credit card, or on site with money or credit card. We accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. We would like to point out that sending credit card information across the network is an unsecure procedure. You may do it if you like, but we cannot guarantee confidentiality. We have prepared a text version of the formulary to be printed and sent to us by fax or letter.

Our suggestions for registration are the following

• If you want to use credit card, register via web form, by e-mail or facsimile, and send your name and credit card information by fax or letter (use the text form).
  
• If you want to pay at your arrival, register via web form, by e-mail or facsimile, and bring some portuguese money or credit card.
