We obtained a special offer from Hotel Tivoli - Coimbra and to have access to the discount rates (60€ for single and 75€ for double/twin rooms per night, for the nights 14 to 15 and 15 to 16 May), participants are requested to book as soon as possible - preferably till April 24 - by email to ines.carapau@tivolihotels.com and quoting the word ECFA in the subject.

As the meeting coincides with the very busy period of the yearly student's festivity "Queima das Fitas", it may turn out to be extremely difficult to get a late booking or to book outside this deal.
