20^th European Particle Physics Outreach Group meeting!

The meeting will take place in the "Centro de Congressos de Lisboa" (Lisbon Congress Centre), from 9h00 of May 29^th to 12h30 of May 30^th. In the afternoon of May 30th, Wednesday, we shall have the possibility to visit The Knowledge Pavillion. You are also invited to a dinner in the evening of May 29^th.

To cover all expenses (venue, equipment, coffee breaks, etc) there is a symbolic fee of 30 Euros, that can be regularised onsite upon arrival. To compensate for the fee we have arranged a significant discount in selected good quality hotels. Please don't forget to make an hotel reservation and if you want us to do so, please specify it in the registration form (in comments)/mail.

If you want to participate also in the ECSITE Annual Conference, you must register separately.
