General Remarks

Accommodation can be arranged in five hotels: Hotel Holiday Inn, Hotel Ibis, Hotel Zurique, Hotel Berna, and Residential Imperator. All prices mentioned here are quoted in Portuguese Escudos (PTE), (exchange rate: 1 Euro = 200,45 PTE, 1 Euro ~ 1 USD). The deadline for reservations at the prices and conditions are listed bellow. We advise you to make reservations well in advance because Lisbon is a lively city and a four-seasons favourite destination in Europe.

How to Book

Reservations should be done by facsimile, directly to the hotels, using the text forms provided in this page. In case of difficulties in the reservation contact the conference secretariat by fax or e-mail. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. We have made reservations for the conference for the period October 22th to October 26th. Reservations for dates before October 22th or after October 26th are dependent on the availability of rooms in the hotels.
