The 7th annual conference on LHC Physics, LHCP2019, is taking place this week, May 20 to 25, in Puebla, Mexico. This is the gathering about all-things LHC. The latest physics results are discussed in detail among the specialists from the four experiments along with their interpretation with the participation of theorist colleagues.
Following a presentation of the general status and plans of the machine and each of the detectors, the broad spectrum of measurements and searches is addressed in parallel sessions while an overview is provided in plenary sessions. Common analysis techniques, tools, procedures are debated. The status of open data and ECO activities summarised. Projections and preparations for the future outlined.
