Scientific Domain
Particle physics with a special focus on Higgs and top quark physics.

Higgs - Phenomenology of multi-Higgs scalars for the LHC and future colliders. Renormalization of the two-Higgs doublet model (2HDM). Renormalization of other extensions of the SM. Vacuum stability in multi- Higgs extensions of the Standard Model. Detailed study of the structure of SM extensions starting with the simplest extensions: the real and the complex singlet models and the 2HDM. Development of the ScannerS tool for multi-Higgs models. Extensions of other tools.

top quark - Development of the MEtop generator now an official generator for the ATLAS collaboration at the Large Hadron Collider. Dimension six effective operators with processes involving the top quark. Limits on the anomalous couplings in top processes at the LHC and at a future International Linear Collider.
Actuais interesses de investigação
a) Phenomenology of multi-Higgs extensions and comparison of the models at the LHC and future colliders such as the ILC or CLIC.

b) Vacuum stability in more complex extensions of the SM.

c) Vacuum stability at higher order with the use of the effective potential.

d) Symmetries in multi-Higgs extension like 3-Higgs double models. 

e) Radiative corrections in multi-Higgs extensions to face the needs of the LHC collaborations, ATLAS and CMS. 

f) Development of high-energy physics tools to calculate higher order production processes and decays at the LHC in multi-Higgs models. Inclusion of new processes in the MEtop generator. Development of the ScannerS tool in order to study the parameter space of multi-Higgs models.

Many years of experience in Mathematica and Maple. Lots of experience with high-energy physics tools like LanHEP, CalcHEP, FeyRules, Madgrapg/Madevent, FeyArts, FormCalc, FeynCalc and LoopTools.
