Our colleague Tahereh Niknejad defended her PhD thesis entitled "Development of a new high-performance Positron Emission Mammography based on silicon photomultipliers and optimized detector geometry”. The work was carried out at Tagus-LIP, under the supervision of João Varela and the co-supervision of Stefaan Tavernier. It presented at Instituto Superior Técnico and unanimously approved with Distinction. Congratulations!
