Overview

The VIII International Conference on Calorimetry in High Energy Physics
 - CALOR99, will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, and is scheduled from Sunday
 June 13th through Saturday June 19th, 1999.
This conference is the 8th of the sequence that started at Fermilab
in 1990, followed by Capri (1991), Corpus Christi (1992), Elba (1993),
 Brookhaven (1994), Frascati(1996) and Tucson-Arizona (1997).

The meeting will address all aspects of calorimetric particle detection
and measurement with emphasis in high energy physics experiments.
Low and medium energy calorimetry, applications in neutrino physics,
astrophysics and medicine will be covered.
The conference will take place in the
 Museum of Science
   of the University of Lisbon.

Interested participants should register as soon as possible.
Booking of hotels
and reduced conference fee can only be guaranteed before April 12th.
 Please use the
 registration form
