"Nucleon tomography through exclusive and semi-inclusive processes" Exclusive and semi-inclusive processes are formidable means for accessing to parts of the parton phase-space distribution. From exclusive processes one can extract generalized parton distributions which encode information on parton collinear momentum and transverse position. From semi-inclusive processes one can extract transverse-momentum dependent parton distributions which encode information on parton three-momentum. These two complementary three-dimensional pictures of the nucleon are particularly important as they shed light on parton orbital angular momentum, initial- and final-state interactions, and more generally on the non-perturbative regime of QCD. We propose a short introduction to the theoretical framework for interpreting these processes and discuss the kind of information one can extract from them.
