Accommodation

The accomodation follows closely the proposals for the ECRS conference accomodation.

Participants are expected to stay at VIP Executive Arts Hotel (http://www.viphotels.com/uk/vip-arts.htm).

For students and teachers, there is the possibility to stay at the Youth Hostel, upon request through the Workshop's secretariat. The latest date for booking the Youth Hostel will be May 30th.

Both within walking distance of the conference site.

VIP Hotel reservations

The hotel reservation form (CRSP_Hotel.pdf) should be sent directly to the hotel (by fax or regular mail) before 30th April 2006. Special rates for conference participants are:
single room:  87 Euro
double room:  94 Euro
breakfast: included
Do not forget to mention you will attend the ECRS conference in order to obtain the indicated rates. Do not book your rooms through the hotel web site because the negotiated fares will not be available to you. The housing price is not included in the registration fee.

Student and Teacher accomodation at the Youth Hostel of "Parque das Nações"

The rates for are (at current prices of 2005) (*):

bed in a 4-beds multiple room:  13 Euro/bed
double beds room:  30 Euro/room
breakfast:: 1.0 Euro / person

(*) The rooms for students are multiple rooms with 4 beds, separated by gender (male/female), and with a bathroom in the corridor. The student attending only pays the bed, and must bring with him/her bath towels. The rooms for teachers are rooms with two beds, and the room must be paid in full, regardless of the number of beds occupied. These rooms have bathroom in the room, and bath towels are provided.

The room should be paid before 30th May 2006, via credit card, check made out to LIP or bank transfer, as specified at the registration section.
