Registration
The Conference registration can be done by e-mail, fax, letter or by the secure web registration formulary as soon as possible.
If your browser doesn't support HTTPS URL's you can print the text formulary on paper and, when filled, send it to the HEP2005 secretariat by facsimile or standard mail.
Fee
The registration fee is 350 EURO and will be open until the 30th of June. Late registration till the conference opening will have a surcharge of 25 EURO. Registration will be open at the conference location on July 21th. The fee includes coffe breaks, the proceedings, and the social programme (the excursion, the concert and the conference dinner are an offering for participants).
The registration fee is 100 EURO for pre-laureate students presented by a member of the teaching staff of their home institution (a simple letter presented on hand at secretariat during the Conference is enough).
There will be an adittional fee of 75 EURO for each accompanying person who wish to participate in the social programme. This fee includes the excursion, the lunch, the concert and the Conference dinner at Mafra. The payment for the accompanying persons can be added to the registration fee or paid at the HEP2005 secretariat during the Conference.
Currencies
The accepted currency is the EURO, the european common currency.
Payment
The fee is to be paid in EURO via credit card, check payable to LIP-HEP2005, bank transfer, or on site with money or credit card. We accept Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard credit cards.
We would like to point out that sending credit card information across the network is an unsecure procedure. You may do it if you like, but we cannot guarantee confidentiality. We prepared a text version of the formulary to be printed, filled, and sent to us by fax or standard mail.
