Registration

The workshop registration fee, until 08-July-2012, is 300 euros.

The workshop registration fee, between 09-July and 26-August 2012, is 400 euros.

For the accompanying persons will have a fee of 50 euros that include the conference dinner, welcome drink and cultural event.

 

The fee is to be paid in EURO via bank transfer. Please, send by e-mail the bank acknowledgment receipt.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Please note that in case of cancellation until 22 August, a part of the registration fee will be refunded. A charge of EUR50 per registrant and accompanying person will be requested.
  • For registration cancellations after 22 August, the fee will not be refunded.

 

The conference fee does include:

  • Coffee breaks and lunch (5 days)
  • Reception
  • Conference dinner
  • Cultural events

 

The conference fee does not include:

  • Accommodation costs
  • Excursions
The receipts must be downloaded online. After registration you will get an email with the data inserted in registration form and a link to download the receipt.
ATTENTION: the receipt will only be available after the payment confirmation by the secretariat.
