"The Europlanet Science Congress 2021 ended today (online) and LIP was well represented"
As in previous years, LIP's SpaceRad group was well represented at the Europlanet Science Congress 2021 (EPSC2021), which took place online from 13 to 24 September.
The contribution “The Radiation Environment on the Surface of Mars: dMEREM predictions based on RAD data” was orally presented by Patrícia Gonçalves.
Marco Pinto presented the poster “The BepiColombo Radiation Monitor”. In addition, he co-organized with João Retrê the short course for young scientists “The Communication is Virtual but the Science is Real” at EPEC- Europlanet Early Career, an event that was also part of EPSC. Some researchers in the group also co-author contributions presented by other groups with whom they collaborate on a regular basis.
