Marco Pinto, researcher in the LIP SpaceRad group, received the “Best Data Workshop Paper” prize in the the European Conference on Radiation and its Effects on Components and Systems, RADECS 2020, which was held online.
This award is given to the best contribution in the “Data Workshop” section, which is devoted to analyses of evaluation/qualification data taken with commercial devices with the complete identification of the tested components.
The work, titled “CTTB Memory Test Board Single Event Effects Geostationary In-flight Data Analysis” and authored by M. Pinto, P. Gonçalves, J. Sampaio, L. Arruda, T. Sousa, C. Poivey, has been accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science.
